Rosebuds, I bring you fresh news!

According to deadline.com reporter Nellie Andreeva, 20-Century FOX Television green-lit a blind script commitment with Michael Rosenbaum. Anyone out there NOT know what that means?

Bueller?…Bueller?

Me neither. After some Googling, I found an answer. A blind script commitment is a deal to buy a script they haven’t seen yet. Sometimes they get a pitch from the writer or have worked with the writer (and in this case as an actor too) before. FOX has bought scripts from him before, remember “Welcome To Paradise”? It was based on his experiences as a teenager.

Maybe FOX is onto someone-er, something here! The same production companies behind “Breaking In” are also behind “Saved By Zeroes“, the show he penned for SyFy. Until those shows hit the small screen, don’t forget to check Michael out in “Breaking In” which debuts on FOX April 6 (this Wednesday) at 9:30 Eastern/8:30 Central time.
